By accessing or using TheBotBot platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using TheBotBot.

Use of TheBotBot
You may use TheBotBot for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any unauthorized or illegal use of TheBotBot is strictly prohibited. Users must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use the platform.

Account Registration
To access certain features of TheBotBot, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to TheBotBot, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to infringe upon or misappropriate any intellectual property rights associated with TheBotBot. Users retain ownership of content they create using TheBotBot, subject to our license to use such content for service provision and platform improvement.

Data Privacy
TheBotBot collects and processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using TheBotBot, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining data security.

Subscription and Payments
TheBotBot offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise specified in these terms.

Founder's Pass Lifetime Deal
TheBotBot offers a Founder's Pass lifetime deal to early supporters. Founder's Pass holders receive lifetime access to specified features and services as outlined at the time of purchase. This lifetime access is tied to the individual account and is non-transferable. The lifetime deal remains valid for the operational lifetime of TheBotBot. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue specific features, but Founder's Pass holders will retain access to core services or comparable alternatives. Founder's Pass purchases are final and non-refundable.

Usage Limitations and Fair Use
TheBotBot implements fair use policies to ensure service quality for all users. Excessive usage that negatively impacts platform performance or violates our acceptable use policy may result in account review or limitation. API calls, content generation, and other features are subject to the limits defined by your subscription tier.

Disclaimer of Warranties
TheBotBot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of TheBotBot and disclaim any liability for errors, interruptions, or AI-generated content. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed before use in critical applications.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TheBotBot or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with TheBotBot or your use of it. This includes any damages resulting from loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TheBotBot in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheBotBot, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of TheBotBot, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via email or platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of TheBotBot after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to TheBotBot at our discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
