This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through TheBotBot website at https://thebotbot.com, including subscriptions, one-time purchases, and the Founder's Pass lifetime deal.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

TheBotBot offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)
  • The request must be submitted from the email address associated with your TheBotBot account

After the 30-day period has elapsed, refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of TheBotBot management.

Founder's Pass Lifetime Deal

TheBotBot offers a special Founder's Pass lifetime deal to early adopters. The following terms apply:

  • Lifetime Access: The Founder's Pass provides lifetime access to TheBotBot's core features as specified at the time of purchase
  • Included Features: Access includes AI content generation tools, templates, and standard platform features
  • Future Updates: Founder's Pass holders receive access to future updates and improvements to included features
  • Non-Transferable: The Founder's Pass is tied to the original purchaser's account and cannot be transferred or resold
  • Refunds: Founder's Pass purchases are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee outlined above

TheBotBot reserves the right to modify the Founder's Pass terms for future sales, but existing Founder's Pass holders will maintain the benefits promised at the time of their purchase.

Subscription Refunds

For monthly or annual subscription plans:

  • Refunds can be requested within the 30-day money-back guarantee period from the initial subscription date or most recent renewal date
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Cancellations made after 30 days will take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds will be issued unless exceptional circumstances apply

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully rendered or substantially consumed
  • Custom development work or consulting services
  • Credits or tokens that have already been used to generate content
  • Purchases made in violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email address and order ID
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund (helps us improve our service)

Refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Stripe: 5-10 business days

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly at support@thebotbot.com to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Chargebacks can result in account suspension and may complicate the refund process.
